Description	:	Cora M. Flory, 85, formerly of Route 6, Defiance, died at 4 a.m. today, Aug. 5, 1987 in the Defiance County Home, where she had resided the past three years. She was born Feb. 11, 1902, in Defiance County, the daughter of Henry and Nancy (Hornish) Lehman. In 1921, she married Edward Flory, who died in 1957. A member of the Poplar Ridge Church of the Brethren, she had worked as a cook for several years at the former Rainbow Restaurant, Defiance. She was born Feb. 11, 1902, in Defiance County, the daughter of Henry and Nancy (Hornish) Lehman. In 1921, she married Edward Flory, who died in 1957. A member of the Poplar Ridge Church of the Brethren, she had worked as a cook for several years at the former Rainbow Restaurant, Defiance. Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Donald (Thelma) Shannon of Lewiston, Mich., Mrs Robert (Marie) Gessner of Route 4, Orchard Drive, and Mrs. Martha Wolfrum; one son Lee, of Camby, Ore.; 16 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren; one brother, Jay Lehman, 505 Hopkins St.; and one sister, Mrs. Stella Hardy, Evan sport Road. Also preceding her in death were one granddaughter; one great-grandson; three brothers, Samuel, Henry and Edward Lehman; and three sisters, Mrs. Anna English, Effie Lehman and Lauretta Lehman. Services will be a 1 p.m. Saturday at Mast and Mock Funeral Home with Rev. Glen D. Whisler officiating. Burial will be in Poplar Ridge Cemetery. Visitation will be from 7 to 9 p.m. today and from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday, and from 9 a.m. until the time of services Saturday. Defiance Crescent-News Obituary
