Description	:	The Advocate Tribune, Indianola, Iowa February 19, 1920, Page 8 Obituary--Mrs. Allen Davidson Cora Nicholson, a daughter of Harvey and Mary Nicholson, was born near Medora, Iowa, March 12, 1888, and died at her mother's home near Medora, February 12, 1920, aged thirty-one years and eleven months. She was married to Allen Davidson December 20, 1905. To this union were born six children, Leona, age thirteen; Leo, age eleven; Edna, age seven; Josephine, age three, and infant twins, all living. She was converted and united with the Christian Union church at Bethel Chapel twelve years ago.... She was married to Allen Davidson December 20, 1905. To this union were born six children, Leona, age thirteen; Leo, age eleven; Edna, age seven; Josephine, age three, and infant twins, all living. On account of declining health she was unable to attend church as she would of liked to, but always kept her children in Sunday school. She was always a true and loving wife and mother. She leaves to mourn their loss a husband, mother, three brothers, and four sisters: John Nicholson, and Mrs. Bertha Wilkinson of Woodburn, Iowa; Charlie and Virgil, at home with their mother; Ida Davidson, of Carlisle, Iowa; Esta Goode and Florence Meeker, of Indianola, Iowa. Her father, one brother, and sister preceded her to the better land nineteen years ago. Her home was at Sioux City, Iowa. She was here visiting her aged mother when she was called to the Great Beyond. Funeral services were held at the home of her mother, conducted by Rev. W. Frank Lister. Interment at Bethel Chapel cemetery. Transcribed as published by Karen Brewer.
