Description	:	Corinne (Connie) Bernice French, 91, was born to Albert and Winnifred (Krassin) Tryan in Flaxville, MT on January 18, 1928 and passed away on September 30, 2019. Connie attended school in Flaxville, married Lloyd French on December 27, 1945 and together they raised their family of seven children as well as 2 infant sons who passed in infancy. Lloyd farmed while Connie was busy sewing for family and friends, upholstering furniture, giving hair cuts, and making cakes for every occasion, whether it was weddings, birthdays, or anniversaries. She was well known for this, and her cakes were sought after... Read More	Corinne (Connie) Bernice French, 91, was born to Albert and Winnifred (Krassin) Tryan in Flaxville, MT on January 18, 1928 and passed away on September 30, 2019. Connie attended school in Flaxville, married Lloyd French on December 27, 1945 and together they raised their family of seven children as well as 2 infant sons who passed in infancy. Lloyd farmed while Connie was busy sewing for family and friends, upholstering furniture, giving hair cuts, and making cakes for every occasion, whether it was weddings, birthdays, or anniversaries. She was well known for this, and her cakes were sought after from far and wide. She was a wonderful cook and provided many a meal for her family and friends with produce from her garden or fresh fish that she caught with her dad, not to mention the doughnuts. Connie loved family gatherings and loved a good card game. She was a very active member of St. Louis Catholic Church in Flaxville until she moved to Scobey in 2002. Connie was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Lloyd, who passed in 1995, her two sons, Stewart and Scott, four sisters, Elaine Tryan, Marjorie Jarmer, Mary Lou Goulet, and Meredith Jensen, one brother Ben Tryan, and two sons-in-law, Bernie Maher and Dean Ferestad. She is survived by her children, Steve (Arlene), Stan (Julie), Marcie Maher, Myrna Ferestad, Shawn (Debbie), Melody (Don) Hagfeldt, Shannon French and siblings Billy Tryan, Gary (Kay) Tryan, and Linda Severson, Connie is blessed with 23 grandchildren and 30 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
