Description	:	Corwin Turner Gardner was born June 9, 1865 at Maple Grove, Mich. When ten years old, his parents removed to Nebraska, settling near Fremont, moving from there to Knox county in 1884 and had since resided in the vicinity of Creighton. He was married to Miss Jennie Sherman. To this union four children were born, three daughters and one son. He died at the family home five miles southeast of town, June 25. Read More	Corwin Turner Gardner was born June 9, 1865 at Maple Grove, Mich. As mentioned last week, he died very suddenly being sick only a few short hours. His death came as a shock to his family and friends. He was a man whom all honored and respected. He always had a kind and cheerful word for all. He was a member of the W.O.W. in which he carried a beneficiary certificate. Members of the Creighton and Brunswick camps were present at the funeral in a body. Funeral services were held Friday afternoon from the home by Rev. W.A. Alcorn and were attended by a large company of friends, who followed the body to its last resting place in the Creighton cemetery.
