Cynthia was born June 3, 1955, in Scotia and lived her whole life in the Eel River Valley. Cindy attended local schools, graduating from Ferndale High in 1973. Read More	A memorial funeral mass will be held Saturday, March 8, 2003, for Cynthia Ellen Cardoza-Tyler who passed away at her residence in Fortuna on March 2, 2003, at the age of 47. Cynthia was born June 3, 1955, in Scotia and lived her whole life in the Eel River Valley. Cindy attended local schools, graduating from Ferndale High in 1973. Cindy was a Christian with a sweet spirit and a kind and generous heart, her home was always filled with family and friends. She loved children and her home always had kids there. She leaves behind the loves of her life, her daughters, "My Girls" Kalyn, age 15, and Kendra, age 12, whom she was devoted to and very proud of, many days just the three of them being together. She is also survived by mother Kay Cardoza; her three brothers, Tim and his children, Jennilyn, Cameron and family, brother, Tom and his wife Linda and their children, John, Krista, Thomas, and Tony, and brother, Terry and his wife Brenda and their childr en Terry, Torrie, and Troy. Cindy is also survived by her grandmother, Mabel Kindred; aunts and uncles, Kenny Kindred, Gracie Gilbert, Henry and Alaris Cardoza, Albert Cardoza, Marlene and Floyd Whitlow, Martha Lenardo; her special cousin, Corey Wilkinson; and numerous other relatives. She was preceded in death by her beloved father, John Cardoza; grandparents, John and Georgina Cardoza; and grandfather, Kenneth Kindred, Sr. Friends are invited to attend a memorial mass on Saturday, March 8, 2003, at Saint Joseph's Catholic Church in Fortuna, at 10:30 A.M., officiated by Father Trent.
