She was born May 15, 1963 in Fairfield, California to Roger Amos and Margaret Pyle Brooks. She married John Haifley on July 10, 1981 in Davis County, Iowa. Cindy had worked at the Bloomfield Care Center as a CNA. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She was born May 15, 1963 in Fairfield, California to Roger Amos and Margaret Pyle Brooks. She married John Haifley on July 10, 1981 in Davis County, Iowa. Cindy had worked at the Bloomfield Care Center as a CNA. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She is survived by her father, Roger Brooks of Floris, Iowa; husband of 34 years, John Haifley of Floris; son, Joseph Haifley of Floris; daughter, Jenny (Corey) Manning of Maquoketa, Iowa; four grandchildren, Briar Millard, MaKenna Manning, Jaci Manning, Gavin Manning; and four sisters, Sharon Blakley of Ottumwa, Iowa, Beverly (Rick) Grinstead of Floris, Iowa, Debbie (Mike) Housholder of Cantril, Iowa, Robin (Dennis) Porter of Floris. She was preceded in death by her mother. Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, October 13, 2015 at the Wagler Funeral Home in Bloomfield with Pastor Harold Baker officiating. Burial will be at the Floris Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 9:00 a.m. on Monday with the family present to greet friends from 6-8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. A memorial has been established to Hospice of Wapello and Davis Counties.
