Description	:	Cynthia Rensink April 7,1909-January 13, 1997 Cynthia Rensink, 87, of Sioux Center died Monday, January 13, at Sioux Center Community Hospital. Graveside services were Friday at Memory Gardens Cemetery in Sioux Center. Memorial services were at First Reformed Church in Sioux Center. Mrs. Rensink was born on April 7, 1909, near Sioux Center, the daughter of Arend and Dirkje (Holwerda) Sandbulte. She was graduated from the eighth grade at a Sioux Center rural school. Mrs. Rensink was born on April 7, 1909, near Sioux Center, the daughter of Arend and Dirkje (Holwerda) Sandbulte. She was graduated from the eighth grade at a Sioux Center rural school. She married Gerrit W. Rensink on January 28, 1931, In Sioux Center. The couple farmed east of Sioux Center, moving into town in June 1973. Her husband died on October 9, 1976. Mrs. Rensink was a member of First Reformed Church and sang in the church choir for many years. Survivors Include four sons, Wilmer and his wife, Marilyn, of Sioux Center, Darrel and his wife, Jo, of Ames, Milton of El Toro, California, and Carl of Moss Point, Massachusetts; a sister, Agnes Harskamp of Sioux Center; 14 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Donald Eugene; a grandson, Loren Wayne; two brothers, Joe and Ben; and three sisters, Etta, Johanna and Henrietta. Pallbearers were Wilmer, Darrel, Milton, Carl, Gary and Darren Rensink. Sioux Center News 1997-01-21.
