The Homer (MI) Index Thursday, January 10, 1946 Mrs. Charles Stewart Mrs. Daisy Dell Stewart, 65, wife of Charles Stewart, passed away Saturday evening at her home here, after being in poor health for several months. Mrs. Stewart was born in Fayette, Ohio, March 15, 1880, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Darrow. Mr. and Mrs. Stewart moved to Homer about three years ago from Griffith, Indiana. She is survived by her husband; a daughter, Mrs. Elouise Findley of Homer, three sons, Fred and George Stewart, both of Griffith, Ind., and Jack Stewart of Hammond, Ind.; and five grandchildren. Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at 2:00 o'clock at the Westbroook funeral home with Rev. Duane Jacobs officiating.
