Dale, son of Edward and Bernice Heithoff Halbur was born March 19, 1957 at St. Anthony Regional Hospital in Carroll. He lived with his family until he was 6 years old. After that he made his home at Glenwood hospital school at Glenwood. Dale enjoyed listening to country western music and visits from his nieces and nephews. Dale died Wednesday, August 12, 1998, at the University of Nebraska Medical Center, Omaha, Nebraska at the age of 41 years, four months and 24 days. They always preceded in death by his grandparents, Ben and Margaret Halbur and Joe and Margaret Heitoff. Dale is survived by his parents, Edwin and Bernice Halbur of Coon Rapids: five brothers and three sisters:Joyce and her husband Jim Dowell of Kansas City Missouri; Don Halbur and his wife, Val, Springfield, Missouri; Dave Halbur and his wife, Diane, of Coon Rapids; Rick Halbur and his wife, Nadine, David L.; Judy and her husband, Mike Oswald, Coon Rapids; Janet and her husband, Mark Holdsworth, of Manila; Doug Halbur and his wife, Lisa, Omaha, Nebraska; and then he helped her of Coon Rapids; 15 nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends.
