Description	:	~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ The following information quoted from: "Daniel Clayton of Virginia and His Descendants," by Jim Clayton of Burlington, NC. 1996 Daniel "Cobra", son of Thomas and Sarah Coleman Clayton sold his property, on the headwaters of Mayo Creek, and left Person County in 1834. He was bound for lands near Bedford, in Lawrence County, Indiana. He married Anna Crews on 22 January 1798. Anna was the sister of William's wife Rachel. They were the daughters of Hardy Crews. The Crews were Quakers. Cobra's bondsman was his first cousin Daniel "Cook" Clayton.
