Description	:	Daniel E. Albert, youngest son of Henry and Emma Albert, was born Nov. 18, 1884, on the old homestead farm near Clatonia. He passed away on Sept. 21, 1974, at the Wilber Nursing Home at the age of 89 years and 10 months. Daniel grew up on the farm, attended school in Clatonia, and then went to business college in Lincoln. He was a member of the United Methodist Church in Clatonia. Albert, youngest son of Henry and Emma Albert, was born Nov. 18, 1884, on the old homestead farm near Clatonia. He passed away on Sept. 21, 1974, at the Wilber Nursing Home at the age of 89 years and 10 months. Daniel grew up on the farm, attended school in Clatonia, and then went to business college in Lincoln. He was a member of the United Methodist Church in Clatonia. On Feb. 15, 1912, he was married to Miss Scenta Krauter, who preceded him in death on Jan. 11, 1969. They resided on a farm near Clatonia until retirement in 1953, when they moved into Clatonia. Besides his wife, Daniel was preceded in death by his parents and 11 brothers and sisters. He is survived by three children, Kenneth of Grandview, Mo., Bernice of Seal Beach, Calif., and Betty Dalby of Klamath Falls, Ore.; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Clara Chittenden of Clatonia; and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services were on Sept. 30 at 2 p.m. at the Clatonia United Methodist Church. The Rev. Glenn Loy conducted the services. Interment was in the Clatonia Cemetery.
