Read More	Daniel Lee White was born April 24, 1947 in Friend, Nebraska, to Lewis and Harriet (Imig) White, the oldest of four children and died suddenly at his home on March 21, 2010, in Milford, Nebraska at the age of 62 years 11 months and 7 days. As a young boy he attended Milford Public Schools. He was lovingly known as "Dan" by his family and friends and as a young boy was called "Bones" and later "T-Bone". Dan's first job was at Hughes Brothers and later he worked at Lincoln Steel. Dan's biggest hobby was collecting Elvis memorabilia, which included everything you could think of that represented Elvis and his career. He was a fan of the New York Yankee's, Chicago Bears, and the Nebraska Cornhuskers. He also followed his hometown sports as well as attending his nephews and nieces events. Dan enjoyed taking care of his yard and home. He especially liked to keep busy, running errands for others, dog sitting for his sister, doing favors for neighbors, and caring for his beloved cat, "Miss Kitty". Dan was an avid walker and could be seen walking and socializing around town. He also enjoyed the walking trail in Seward with friends. Dan valued friendships and talked to his friends multiple times daily. His cell phone was one of his best friends. He was kind and always had a big heart. Dan is survived by his sisters and brothers-in-law, Vicky Ziegler, Lincoln, Deb and Rick Sheldon, Milford, Cindy and Michael Daehling, Cheney, KS, seven nieces and nephews and spouses, Renee Ziegler, Lincoln, Jason Ziegler, Omaha, Derrick and Adi Sheldon, Lincoln, Danielle and Dan Kiichler, Seward, Josh Daehling, Salina, KS, Zac Daehling and Lucas Daehling, both of Cheney, KS, great-nieces and nephews, aunts, Leona Buettgenbach, Lincoln, Jane Tonniges, and Velma Imig, both of Seward, Joyce Imig, Omaha, Violet Thayer and Viola Dodson, both of Hastings, uncle, Leo Heyen, Seward, several cousins, other relatives and friends.
