Mitchell, 47, of Davis County, died Nov. 28, 2011, of a heart attack at the Davis County Hospital. He was born Apr. 28, 1964, in Bloomfield to William Gerald and Edna Fern Jones Mitchell. He is survived by his wife; two daughters, Dakota Mitchell of Moulton and Autumnn Mitchell at home; two stepsons, Cory(Brittany) Bedford of Oskaloosa and Dakota Evans of Moulton; two stepdaughters, Stephanie(Jake)Keeling of San Diego and Tiffany(Matt)Hoeck of Milaca, Minn.; his in-laws, Richard and Paulette Mitts of San Diego; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and co-workers. He was preceded in death by his brother, Samuel T. Mitchell; and grandparents, Ralph and Wilma Mitchell and Herbert and Pearl Arnold. Memorial services will be 10:30 am Saturday at the Wagler Funeral Home in Bloomfield; with Bill Eakins officiating. The cremains will be scattered at a later date. Visitation will begin after 2 pm Friday with the family present from 5-7 pm Friday evening to greet friends at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, a memrorial had been established to his family.
