He attended the Wapakoneta Community Worship Center. Danny was a 1974 graduate of Upper Scioto Valley High School. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He enjoyed listening to bluegrass music. Also surviving are two sons: Matthew (Heather) Hollon of Jackson Center and Timothy Hollon of Belle Center; two grandsons: Aiden and Ethan Hollon; a brother, Larry (Coleen) Hollon of Alger; and a sister, Lisa (Richard) Allen of Alger; mother-in-law, Lorrene Waddle of Roundhead; and a sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Lorinda (David) Sparks of Belle Center. He was preceded in death by a sister, Patricia Hollon. Funeral services will begin at 1:30 PM on Friday, July 31, 2015 at Hanson-Neely Funeral Home, Alger with Pastor Dan Holbrook officiating. Burial will be in Preston Cemetery, Alger. Friends may call from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Thursday, July 30, 2015 at Hanson-Neely Funeral Home, Alger and from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM on Friday prior to the service at the funeral home.
