David was born April 7, 1980, in Iola, the son of Steven L. and Sandra Kay (Hiser) Garver. He grew up in Iola and attended Iola schools. David was born April 7, 1980, in Iola, the son of Steven L. and Sandra Kay (Hiser) Garver. He grew up in Iola and attended Iola schools. He worked as a general foreman and supervisor for ethanol plant construction and also on the TransCanada Pipeline. He was also a trained C.N.A. and worked at Resource Center for Independent Living in Iola. David was a member of the Gift of Life Foundation since being the primary caregiver for his fiance, Del, during her kidney and liver transplant. He enjoyed cars - especially VW's - cooking, swimming, camping, and canoeing. He never met a stranger. SURVIVORS: Fiance: Deliabel Sanchez His Parents: Steven L. and Sandra K.
