Brother-in-law of Gloria (Garry), Mark (Monica), Brenda, Ralph (Sandra), Dale (Doreen), Bob (Sandi) and Carl (Joyce). Predeceased by his father-in-law Wayne Shantz, his mother-in-law Susie Shantz-Good and her husband LeRoy Good, his sisters-in-law Martha and Ester and his brothers-in-law David and Keith. Fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Dave devoted 40 years of service to Rogers Cable TV, he had a passion for classic cars and antique tractors. He treasured his time with his friends and created many lifelong friendships. The family would like to thank Dr. Boughan, Dr. Abel and the terrific nurses at the Hanover Hospital. Visitation at the Garrett Funeral Chapel, Neustadt on Friday, April 5, 2019 from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 p.m. Funeral service will be conducted by Rev. Neil Thomsen in St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Neustadt on Saturday, April 6, 2019 at 11 a.m. Spring interment in St. Paul's Lutheran Cemetery, Neustadt. Donations may be made to the Diabetes Society.
