(Funeral details followed.) Dave Marcoe was born August 22, 1874 to Peter and Nancy Marco at Red Oak, Iowa. He departed this life at St. Paul, Nebraska, March 4, 1962 at the age of 87 years, 6 months and 10 days. At an early age he came with his parents to Bellevue, Nebraska, and he received his education there. He was married to Sibyl Smith March 6, 1895 at Bellevue. Mrs. Marcoe died June 14, 1930. He was then married to Polly Greer at St. Paul, Nebraska March 17, 1932. They had made their home in Wolbach since then and had been the retail dry goods business. Preceding him in death were his first wife, four daughters, three sons, his parents, three sisters and two brothers. He leaves to mourn his passing, his wife, Polly, four daughters, Mrs. Mae Ross, Portland, Oregon, Mrs. Frances Jones, Silverton, Oregon, Mrs. Sibyl Gilbert, Salem, Oregon and Mrs. Wilma Barr, Silverton, Oregon, two sons, Joe Marcoe of Thousand Oaks, California, and Clayton Marcoe of Silverton, Oregon; two sisters, Mrs. Theresa McCaully, and Mrs. Bessie Graves, both of Omaha; three brothers, Pete of Omaha; Walter of Rapid City, So.
