Description	:	David L. "Dave" Signor was born November 24, 1942, to Albert and Helen (Lehman) Signor. Dave died Sunday, July 29, 2012 at his home in Norfolk, NE. Dave was baptized and confirmed in the Lutheran faith, and attended Norfolk Public Schools. He served in the Army National Guard from 1959 to 1962. Dave married his wife, Carol Krueger, on June 17, 1961 in Madison. Dave was a lifelong over-the-road truck driver, and after working at various companies, he and Carol started Signor Trucking Inc. in 1994, a company his family still operates today. Dave died Sunday, July 29, 2012 at his home in Norfolk, NE. Dave was baptized and confirmed in the Lutheran faith, and attended Norfolk Public Schools. He served in the Army National Guard from 1959 to 1962. Dave married his wife, Carol Krueger, on June 17, 1961 in Madison. Dave was a lifelong over-the-road truck driver, and after working at various companies, he and Carol started Signor Trucking Inc. in 1994, a company his family still operates today. Avoiding retirement, Dave continued to occasionally drive truck, ride his motorcycle, and spend time with his family and friends. Dave was a member of the American Legion Post #16, the American Legion Riders and was a member of Our Savior Lutheran Church of Norfolk. Dave is survived by his wife of fifty one years, Carol Signor of Norfolk, and their children Brian and Marla Signor of Norfolk, Darla and Sandy Nelson of Aberdeen, SD, Todd Signor, Michael Signor, Kevin and Wendy Signor, and Staci and Justin Ertzner, all of Norfolk. Dave's greatest enjoyment in life were his grandchildren Kelsey, Emily and Brandi Signor, Eric, Joshua and Jordan Edwards and Karla, Bradley and Braiden Nelson, Chloe, Josie and Cole Signor, Jared, Jaiden and Jaxon Ertzner. Dave was preceded in death by: parents, two brothers, a sister and one step grand-daughter. Burial was in the Prospect Hill Cemetery, Norfolk, NE.
