Description	:	David L. Myles, 78, of Napoleon, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, April 4, 2022 at his home. He was born on February 10, 1944 to Marion and Goldie (Groll) Myles. He married Linda Kay Myles on November 4, 1981 in Grundy, VA and she preceded him in death on December 22, 2021. David was an electrical engineer for Campbell Soup Company for sixteen years and Anderson Grain Division of Maumee for over thirty years. Myles, 78, of Napoleon, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, April 4, 2022 at his home. He was born on February 10, 1944 to Marion and Goldie (Groll) Myles. He married Linda Kay Myles on November 4, 1981 in Grundy, VA and she preceded him in death on December 22, 2021. David was an electrical engineer for Campbell Soup Company for sixteen years and Anderson Grain Division of Maumee for over thirty years. He was a member of Saint Paul's Lutheran Church of Liberty Center and even helped build it in 1957. David also built his own home from the ground up twice. He enjoyed traveling to Amish Country, fishing, camping, skiing and wood working. He was a self-taught steel guitar and keyboard player. In his younger years he looked forward to performing with his band that was well known in the Northwest, Ohio area. David is survived by his children, David Robert "Rob" (Penny) Myles, Amy (Tim) Smith, and Traci Conmay; step-children, Mark (Sandy) Reynolds, Vickie (Todd) Hanson, Steve Reynolds, and Karla (John) Fisher; 17 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren; and sister, Charlotte Heldberg. He was preceded in death by his parents, Marion and Goldie Myles, wife, Linda Kay Myles, infant brother, Robert Myles and grandson, Chad Reynolds. Graveside Services were held privately at St. Stephen's Lutheran Cemetery, Defiance County, Ohio with Pastor Charles Kramer officiating. Funeral arrangements are entrusted with Snyder-Wesche-Hoening Funeral Home of Napoleon. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be considered to Saint Paul's Lutheran Church, Liberty Center or the American Cancer Society.
