He was born on December 8, 1930 in Darlington, MO to Paul E. & Esther B. Holmes Aeschliman. He married Shirley Ann Howell on April 1, 1956 in Bloomfield, 1A. She preceded him in death on July 10, 2012. He retired as a signal maintainer for the Santa Fe Railroad with 38 years of service. David is survived by one son, David J. (Janice) Aeschliman of Olive Branch, MS; five grandchildren, Jason, Josh, Jamie & Jordan Aeschliman & Johnny Howell; four great grandchildren; one brother, H. Wayne Aeschliman and one sister-in-law, Bonnie Aeschliman. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, one son, William, one daughter, Shirlene Strunk and one brother. Burial will be held in Charleston Cemetery.
