He was the husband of the late Audrey Helena (Amesbury), who died in 2002. Born in Attleboro, Mass., on June 11, 1929, he was the son of the late Leo T. and Esther F. (Pineo) Thibault. Read More	David Leo Thibault, 86, of North Attleboro, died Tuesday, March 15, 2016, at Madonna Manor Nursing Home, North Attleboro, following a period of failing health. He was the husband of the late Audrey Helena (Amesbury), who died in 2002. Born in Attleboro, Mass., on June 11, 1929, he was the son of the late Leo T. and Esther F. (Pineo) Thibault. Before moving to North Attleboro in the early 1980s, he was a longtime resident of Attleboro. He graduated from Attleboro High School in 1947. Prior to his retirement, David had been employed with the former L.G. Balfour Co. for over forty years. He took great pride in being a mason and was a longtime member of the Bristol Lodge A.F. & A.M., in North Attleboro, where he was Master in 1984. He was also very involved at his church, Centenary United Methodist Church, in Attleboro, where he worked closely with the youth there, joining them on mission trips to South Carolina even into his advanced years. One of his great loves was singing in the choir there. David leaves two children: David G. Thibault and his wife Christine of North Attleboro and Linda H. Bruckner and her husband Robert of Connecticut; a sister, Cynthia Anne Hanlon of Attleboro; seven grandchildren: Pamela Dumont, Robert Bruckner, Stacey LaBombard, Jennie Bruckner, Kimberly Thibault, Katherine Giuffrida and Sarah Boucher; eleven great-grandchildren: Sabrina, David-Paul, Zachary, Amelia, Nathaniel, Drew, Isaac, Adam, Hannah, Logan and Antonio; and several nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his sister Arlene F. Goulet. Funeral Information A funeral service will be held on Monday, March 21, 2016, at 10 am, in Centenary United Methodist Church, North Main St., Attleboro. Interment will follow in North Purchase Cemetery. Visiting hours will be held on Sunday, March 20th, from 4 to 7pm, in the Foley-Cook-Hathaway Funeral Home, 126 So. Main St., Attleboro. (Additional parking with full handicap access is located directly behind the funeral Home). Donations Information In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in David's name to The Home for Little Wanderers, Development Department, 10 Guest Street, Boston, MA 02135, or at their website thehome.org.
