Description	:	Mr. David Lee Shook, 76, of the Fosco Community, North Carolina passed away January 31, 2018. He was the son of the late Jeffrey Roy Shook & Beulah Louise Tester Shook. Survived by his wife Lucille Marie McKinney Shook Mr Shook is survived by two sons & their families, a special nephew. And many other family members. Grandson of David Alexandra Shook & Josephine Hamby Shook. Grandson of David William Tester & Martha Ruia Lawarance Tester. He was also a member of the Foscoe Ruritan. Funeral service & burial were at Watauga Baptist Church. Flowers would be appreciated or donations to Watauga Baptist Church, Foscoe, North Carolina for cemetery care. Austin and Barns were in charge of arrangements.
