Description	:	Dean L. Dewey, passed away October 20, 2009 at Abilene Memorial Hospital. He was born May 15, 1941 in rural Culver, the son of Chester and Flossie (Larson) Dewey. He graduated from Culver High School with the class of 1959. On July 19, 1963, he married Kay Missimer, She passed away November 29, 1997. In 2001, he married Rhonda Provance. He was employed by Southwestern Bell for 35 years before retiring in 1997. He is surivived by his wife, Rhonda; three sons, Bob, Mike and Dusty; a sister, Gay Geisen; seven grandchildren. He was also preceded in death by two brothers, Gary and Fred Dewey. The funeral was October 23 at Danner Funeral Home. Inurnment was in the Abilene Cemetery.
