Born in Norfolk, she was the daughter of Dana Keffer and the late John W. Keffer. She was predeceased by her brother, Eric Keffer. Deanna was a 1974 graduate of Great Bridge High School and a member of Mt. Pleasant Mennonite Church. She will be remembered for her love of flowers and her Facebook community. Born in Norfolk, she was the daughter of Dana Keffer and the late John W. Keffer. She was predeceased by her brother, Eric Keffer. Deanna was a 1974 graduate of Great Bridge High School and a member of Mt. Pleasant Mennonite Church. She will be remembered for her love of flowers and her Facebook community. Most of all, she will be remembered for her devotion to her family. Including her mother, Deanna is survived by her husband, Mike Curling; children, Tracy Curling, Brandon Curling and wife Amy, Shelby Curling, Craig Curling and wife Bethany; a grandson, C.J.; sisters, Sissy Besso, Marilyn Keffer, Neady Harris and Kissy Webb; brothers, Alan Keffer, Dale Keffer, Gary Keffer and Lynn Keffer, as well as many nieces, nephews and extended family. The funeral service will be conducted at 1 p.m, Saturday, June 16, 2012 at Mt. Pleasant Mennonite Church. Rev. Dale Keffer and Rev. Sam Scaggs will officiate. The interment will follow in the church cemetery. The viewing will begin on Friday with the family receiving friends from 7 to 9 p.m. at the church. Arrangements are under the care and direction of the Great Bridge Chapel of Oman Funeral Home & Crematory, 653 Cedar Road, Chesapeake.
