Description	:	EDGEWOOD, N.M. — Delilah Oleson, 93, of Edgewood, N.M., formerly of Grand Island, passed away on May 16, 2019, in Edgewood. She will be laid to rest beside her husband, Walter, in Norfolk. Delilah was born March 3, 1926, in Wolbach to Barney and Emma Solfermoser. She graduated from Wisner High School. Read More	EDGEWOOD, N.M. — Delilah Oleson, 93, of Edgewood, N.M., formerly of Grand Island, passed away on May 16, 2019, in Edgewood. She will be laid to rest beside her husband, Walter, in Norfolk. Delilah was born March 3, 1926, in Wolbach to Barney and Emma Solfermoser. She graduated from Wisner High School. She married Walter Oleson in July 1947 in Neligh. They were married for 38 years before Walter’s passing in 1985. Delilah was a stay-at-home mother. They raised their family in various Nebraska communities, moving frequently due to Walter’s federal employment. They finally settled in 1981 in Grand Island, where she remained for nearly 35 years, until 2016. “Dee” enjoyed collecting and sharing Christian videos and books, playing cards, and playing the piano. She especially enjoyed spending time and talking on the phone with her children and friends. She is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Gary and Heather Oleson and Gale and Mary Oleson; daughter and son-in-law, Vickie and Gary Martin; eight grandchildren, Todd, Tammy, Terry, Tony, Kiel, Dane, Garrett and Kyle; five great-grandchildren, Kelsey, Trent, Brodie, Serenity and Gunnar; and two great-great-grandchildren, Mallory and Emma.
