Description	:	Della B. Hansen Stokes, 88, of South Sioux City died Wednesday, Aug. 18, 2004, at a Sioux City hospital following a brief illness. Services are 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Meyer Brothers Colonial Chapel with the Rev. James Pointer of Sioux City Baptist Church officiating. Burial will be in Obert Cemetery in Obert, Neb. Visitation will be from 2 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home with the family present from 6 to 8 p.m. Della Breisch was born March 7, 1916, in Newcastle, Neb., the daughter of Alvin and Agnes (Amick) Breisch. She married William C. Hansen on Dec. 5, 1934, in Newcastle. They lived in Obert for several years. He died in 1985 in Yankton, S.D. After his death, Della moved to South Sioux City. She was a homemaker and avid gardener, and enjoyed playing cards and visiting with everyone. Survivors include three sons, Ernest P. Hansen and his wife Betty of Jacksonville, Fla., Wesley C. Hansen and his wife Yvonne of Kalamazoo, Mich., and Gene W. Hansen and his wife Marilyn of Jackson, Neb.; five grandchildren, Terri Dawson and her husband Dexter of Omaha, Michael Hansen and his wife Sandi of Lehi, Utah, Michelle Hanson of Kalamazoo, Renee Hughes and her husband Ken of Kalamazoo and Danielle Hansen of Kalamazoo; seven great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a son in infancy, Richard; three brothers, William, Cecil and Ardry Breisch; and two sisters, Martha Millie and Luvenia Hartz. Stokes, Della B.
