Description	:	Della was the daughter of Hosea Veasey and Georgeana Smith Taylor of Meredith NH. Her father was a farmer and undertaker of New Hampton NH. At age 16 Della married Willis Chester Bartlett on Dec 13, 1904 in New Hampton NH. Willis was 28 yrs of age and the son of Eli and Rosilla Bartlett of Marblehead Massachusetts. The couple resided in Farmington NH where Willis worked in the mill prior to moving to New Hampton where he found work at the sawmill. They had a daughter Gladys born... Read More	Della was the daughter of Hosea Veasey and Georgeana Smith Taylor of Meredith NH. Her father was a farmer and undertaker of New Hampton NH. At age 16 Della married Willis Chester Bartlett on Dec 13, 1904 in New Hampton NH. Willis was 28 yrs of age and the son of Eli and Rosilla Bartlett of Marblehead Massachusetts. The couple resided in Farmington NH where Willis worked in the mill prior to moving to New Hampton where he found work at the sawmill. They had a daughter Gladys born in December 1904 who died as a baby Dec 19, 1905 in New Hampton NH. When Della was 17 she had her second child, Dorothy Louise Bartlett, born Sept 6, 1906 in New Hampton (unnamed on birth record, 2nd child female). Della and Willis were divorced and he remarried in 1915 and returned to his homestate of Massachusetts where he took up work as a gardner and worked in the cemetery at Marblehead. Della and her daughter Dorothy moved to Ashland New Hampshire. Della married 2nd Arthur Yeaton on May 11, 1935. He was born in Wolfboro NH, the son of John Yeaton born Alfred Maine and Susan Black born Gray Maine. The marriage did not last long and they were divorced. Della and daughter Dorothy resided on Highland Street and Winter Street in Ashland where Dorothy worked in the paper and woolen mills. Dorothy was married in 1931 at age 24 to John Burke born in Lowell, Massachusetts, his second marriage and her first. They had a son Raymond Burke and were divorced soon after the marriage. The following year in 1932 she married Eddie V. Boynton from whom she was divorced and in 1948 Dorothy married Leonard Joseph Beaulieu, born in Edmonton, New Brunswick Canada, son of Eli and Claudia (Bouchard) Beaulieu. The Bride's father, Willis Bartlett, was age 66 and still residing in Marblehead Mass, and mother Della was 58 of Ashland NH. Della died at her home in Ashland of heart disease and was buried on Feb 4 in the New Hampton Village Cemetery. Informant on her death record was her grandson Raymond Burke.
