Description	:	ALBANY-- Della Stanley, 86, of 9916 Chase Road, Albany, died early Saturday morning at O'Bleness Memorial Hospital, after a brief illness. Born in Washington County, she was the daughter of the late William Edward and Rosa Buck Bolton. Mrs. Stanley was a housewife, and a member of the Chase Baptist Church and the Chase Circle of Ruth. She is survived by five sons, Lloyd of San Antonio, Texas, Linder of Xenia, Lowell and Russell both of Albany, and Larry of Edison, Ohio; six daughters, Darsene Mansfield of Port Richey, Fla., Merrilyn Travis of Alexandria, Ohio, Eleanor Snow of Albany, Barbara Matthewson of Athens,... Read More	ALBANY-- Della Stanley, 86, of 9916 Chase Road, Albany, died early Saturday morning at O'Bleness Memorial Hospital, after a brief illness. Born in Washington County, she was the daughter of the late William Edward and Rosa Buck Bolton. Mrs. Stanley was a housewife, and a member of the Chase Baptist Church and the Chase Circle of Ruth. She is survived by five sons, Lloyd of San Antonio, Texas, Linder of Xenia, Lowell and Russell both of Albany, and Larry of Edison, Ohio; six daughters, Darsene Mansfield of Port Richey, Fla., Merrilyn Travis of Alexandria, Ohio, Eleanor Snow of Albany, Barbara Matthewson of Athens, Cheryl Thomas of Nelsonville, and Thelma Hock of Columbus; 34 grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren, and a brother, Russell Bolton of Thornville. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, G. Eugene Stanley; a son, Kenneth; five brothers, James, Milford, Harry, Eugene and Robert Bolton, and three sisters, Mary Bolton, Martha Benner and Garnett Hoffer. Services will be Tuesday at 1 p.m. at Bigony-Jordan Funeral Home in Albany, with the Rev. David Olshine officiating. Burial will be in Hanning Cemetery in Albany. Friends may call at the funeral home Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. (The Athens Messenger, Sunday, June 24, 1990)
