Description	:	Delora J. Lepley, 83, of Ashley passed away on Thursday, June 6, 2013, at Laurels of DeKalb Nursing Home in Butler. She was born on January 4, 1930, to Ralph and Irene Peters of rural Auburn. A graduate of Auburn High School, she was employed by the Messenger Corporation of Auburn, G.C. Lepley Sales of Ashley, and she retired from Rieke Corporation of Auburn in 1993. Delora loved being a mother and grandmother and she had many hobbies including: bowling, golf, painting, and gardening. She also loved to travel and fly with her husband, Walt, who was a private pilot... Read More	Delora J. Lepley, 83, of Ashley passed away on Thursday, June 6, 2013, at Laurels of DeKalb Nursing Home in Butler. She was born on January 4, 1930, to Ralph and Irene Peters of rural Auburn. A graduate of Auburn High School, she was employed by the Messenger Corporation of Auburn, G.C. Lepley Sales of Ashley, and she retired from Rieke Corporation of Auburn in 1993. Delora loved being a mother and grandmother and she had many hobbies including: bowling, golf, painting, and gardening. She also loved to travel and fly with her husband, Walt, who was a private pilot for many years. She is survived by her sister, Kathleen Larson of Fallbrook, Calif.; a brother, Max (Jan) Peters of Ashley; five daughters, Janet (Bob) Seman of LaGrange, Judy Richey of Auburn, Sandy (Curt) Rhoads of Helmer, Delora (Randy) Mann of Angola, and Connie (Rusty) Richards of Cromwell; two sons, William (Sally) Lepley of Leo, and Jack (Erin) Lepley of Angola; as well as many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband of 43 years, Walter W. Lepley, in 2005; her parents; and a brother Ted Peters of Indianapolis. The family will receive friends from 1 to 3 p.m. Tuesday at Feller and Clark Funeral Home, 875 S. Wayne St., Waterloo. A private family burial will be held at Circle Cemetery in Hudson.
