Description	:	Delores Helena Clocker, age 88, a long-time resident of Vancouver, WA, died Jan. 17, 2006 at Garden of Friends foster home in Vancouver. She was one of nine children, three boys and six girls, born to Herman Henry Werner and Lena Freida (Clasey) Werner on March 17, 1917 in Battle Creek, Nebraska. She married Roy Clocker on July 12, 1936 in Norfolk, Nebraska. She was preceded in death by her husband Roy in 1998 and also by three brothers and four sisters. Read More	Delores Helena Clocker, age 88, a long-time resident of Vancouver, WA, died Jan. 17, 2006 at Garden of Friends foster home in Vancouver. She was one of nine children, three boys and six girls, born to Herman Henry Werner and Lena Freida (Clasey) Werner on March 17, 1917 in Battle Creek, Nebraska. She married Roy Clocker on July 12, 1936 in Norfolk, Nebraska. She was preceded in death by her husband Roy in 1998 and also by three brothers and four sisters. She worked in the fruit orchards in Parkdale, OR after her marriage, later at Jantzen Knitting Mills in Vancouver and retired as a secretary from the US Forest Service. She was very involved with both the Clark County Fair, winning many blue ribbons for her canning, and with the Barberton Grange and belonged to the Minnehaha Social Club. She is survived by two sisters, Mildred Henzler of Issaquah, WA and LaVon Clark of Alexandria, VA; also numerous nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held Sat., Jan. 21, 2006, 1 PM at Evergreen Memorial Gardens Cemetery, 1101 NE 112th Ave., Vancouver, with a memorial service following at 2:30 PM at Memorial Lutheran Church, 2700 NE 28th St., Vancouver, WA 98661. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Kaiser Hospice or to the Memorial Lutheran Church. Columbian, January 20, 2006
