Mrs. Warren was born April 26, 1916, in Blackfoot, Idaho, to George W. and Nancy Ellen (Sanders) Jones as the youngest of 11 children. In 1924, the family moved to Duckwater, Nev., and in 1926, they relocated to the Fallon, Nev.-area, where they lived on several ranches over the years. In 1930, they moved to Cedar Pass, Calif. On Dec. 24, 1932, during her senior year at Surprise Valley Union High School, Mrs. Warren married Willis Warren and moved to his family's ranch south of Eagleville. She returned to high school in January 1935, when the couple's daughter was 1. The Warrens raised cattle and hay in the Eagleville area until 1996, when Mrs. Warren sold the family farm and moved to Klamath Falls to be near her daughter. Mrs. Warren enjoyed quilting, embroidery, genealogy, poems, prayers, traditional hymns, photos, and collecting things about farms and Eagleville history. She belonged to the Ladies' Club, the Senior Center, and the Women's Glee Club. She is survived by her daughter, Betty Jewell of Klamath Falls; son and daughter-in-law, Gerald and Nancy E. Warren of Mooresville, Ind.; daughter-in-law, Nancy Warren of Reno, Nev.; sister Velma Nelson of Los Angeles; grandchildren, Monica Warren of Alturas, Melanie Warren of Reno, Judith Warren of Reno, Rina and Neal Ganey of Davenport, Iowa, Diane Clow of Vancouver, Wash., and Steven and Judith Jewell of Klamath Falls; great-grandchildren Whitney and Joshua Warren, Terra Fatheree, Sarah and Nathan Clow, and Russell, Daniel, and Alan Jewell.
