Denny worked for Kirby Vaccuum Company, where he was in the top 31 salesman in the world, retiring in 1990. He lived in 49 of the 50 states while working in sales, including Gautier, Mississippi. He is survived by his wife, Carol Nice, Warsaw; daughter, Lisa Marie Gordan, New Mexico; two step-daughters, Judy Hygema, Lakeville and Meschelle Davidhizar, New Paris; a sister, Jan Moore, Plymouth; four grandchildren, Trey Sheffield, John Sheffield, Isaiah Gordan and Elizabeth Gordan; five step-grandchildren and 4 step-great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and a step-daughter, Lorraine.
