Description	:	Dennis Rex Johnston, 46, of Des Moines and formerly of Ottumwa, died June 26, 1995, as a result of injuries in an automobile accident. He was born Aug. 16, 1948, in Ottumwa to Rex and Helen Summers Johnston. He married Patricia Allen on Dec. 15, 1989, in Des Moines. He was a sergeant in the U.S. Air Force, serving Dennis Johnston 15 years. He was preceded in death by his parents and a grandson. The service will be ll a.m. Saturday at Shrine of Memories Funeral Home in Ottumwa, the Revs. James Buchanan and Jewelry Hyden of Des Moines officiating. Military rites will be by American Legion and Veterans of Foreign Wars. Services also will be conducted by Independent Order of Odd Fellows. Entombment will be in Shrine of Memories Mausoleum
