However, his death notice in Seattle Times, his headstone application (by wife) and headstone all have death date as 27 June, which was a Tuesday. Given the other errors, it's very possible "Saturday" is also. Dewey O. Thomos [sic] Dewey O. Thomas, 61, of Sedro Woolley, Wash., died Saturday at his home. Born February 21, 1900, Thomas was well-known in this area. Until ill health forced his retirement 16 months ago, Thomas had been a barber in Sedro Woolley for 40 years. He is survived by his wife, Florence of the home; one son, Cecile Thomas of Anacortes, Wash.; twin daughters, Mrs. Janise Seaman [sic], [JANICE SEMAN] of Anacortes, Washr. [sic] and Mrs. Janice Stock [sic] [JANISE Stock], of Seattle, Wash.; nine grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Bert Hubbard of 610 Vattier and Miss Frances Thomas of Manhattan, and a brother, John Thomas, address unknown. Funeral services will be Friday at 2 p.m. in Burlington, Wash..
