Description	:	Diana Lynn (Balducci) McQuain, age 58, of Belington went home to be with the Lord 10:10 am Sunday August 17th, 2014 at her residence. She had been in declining health for quite some time. She was born August 13, 1956 at Elkins, a daughter of the late Franklin V. and Betty Jean (Baisi) Balducci Hutzler. She was united in marriage on July 14, 2007 to the late Pastor F. L. “Wink” McQuain who preceded her in death on November 2, 2009. She is survived by one sister Cynthia E. She was born August 13, 1956 at Elkins, a daughter of the late Franklin V. and Betty Jean (Baisi) Balducci Hutzler. She was united in marriage on July 14, 2007 to the late Pastor F. L. “Wink” McQuain who preceded her in death on November 2, 2009. She is survived by one sister Cynthia E. Balducci of Belington, five brothers: Stephen Lee Balducci and wife Judy and their son Mathew and fiancée Morgan Freeman, Michael Glenn Balducci, Richard Franklin Balducci, Daniel Allen Balducci and wife Kay, all of Belington; Randal Paul Balducci and wife Karen and their daughter Kenna of Elkins and a foster brother John Keeler and wife Debbie of Culpepper, VA. She is also survived by one step daughter Patricia Ann Wilson and husband Rev. Gary Wilson of Lebanon, TN and three step-grandchildren Asha McQuain, Abagale and Noah Wilson all of Lebanon, TN and numerous uncles, aunts, and cousins. Also surviving are former sisters-in-law Patty Romansky of Derry, PA, and Sheila Sheitlen of Elkins. In addition to her husband and her parents she was preceded in death by one step-daughter Sherrina Lee McQuain. Diana was a homemaker and a devout Christian. Before her illness she sang in the gospel group The Overcomers. She belonged to the local breast cancer awareness group and was a cancer survivor herself. She was formerly employed at the Memorial General Hospital and the Elkins Mountain School from which she retired. Along with her late husband Rev. “Wink” McQuain she was instrumental in forming the Faith Deliverance Ministries in Belington. The family would like to send a special thank you to Hospice Care, Pan Handle Support and CCIL for all their care and support during Diana’s illness. Friends will be received at the Talbott Funeral home in Belington on Wednesday from 5 – 9 pm on August 20, 2014 and again on Thursday from 8 am until 11 am the funeral hour when final rites will then be conducted with the Pastor Steve Wheeler and Philip Lynn Ryder officiating. Interment will follow in the Hillyard Cemetery near Weaver, WV. The Talbott Funeral Home in Belington is in charge of the arrangements for Mrs. Diana Lynn (Balducci) McQuain.
