Derek DeToni-Hill officiating. Inurnment will take place at Riverside Cemetery at a later date. Mrs. Moe was born Sept. 16, 1954, in Sterling, to Frank M. Welsh Sr., and Regina Verlee Amen. She attended Sterling schools. Diana worked for BNSF Railroad for 14 1/2 years from June of 1979 until she was permanently injured and disabled. She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank Welsh and Regina Kaus; and grandparents, Jake and Freida Amen, Herbert and Margarete Welsh; and stepfa ther, Andrew Kaus. The family suggests memorials to the Diana Moe Memorial Fund in care of Tennant Funeral Home, box 1547 Sterling, CO 80751.
