Description	:	Mrs. Dellie McMillan Ayers, 63, wife of Grover Ayers, died in a Winston-Salem hospital Thursday morning Sept. 6th. She had been in declining health for several months. Surviving are her husband; three sons, John, Jesse and Garland, of Mount Airy; two brothers, Willie and Alford McMillan of Ararat, Va., and one sister, Mrs. Laura Gwyn. The funeral was Saturday afternoon at Oak Grove Missionary Baptist Church, in Carroll County. Rev. G. B. Gwyn was in charge. Burial was in the church cemetery.
