Dixie was born on July 5, 1933, in Clarence, MO, the daughter of Ray and Anna (Taylor) Dove. She was united in marriage to Donald Clifton on May 6, 1951; he preceded her in death on April 15, 1997. Dixie enjoyed cooking, traveling with friends, gardening, reading, visiting with family and friends, and had a special love for her grandchildren. Dixie was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one grandson, Chance Clifton, two brothers, and three sisters. Memorial services will be Tuesday, July 21, 2015, at 2 pm at the Greening-Eagan-Hayes Funeral Home in Clarence, MO. Visitation will be from 1 pm until the time of the service.
