Read More	Obituary for Dollie Pearl Simpson DOLLIE PEARL SIMPSON Dollie Pearl Simpson, 91, a resident of the Elkins Rehabilitation and Care Center for the past several years and a former resident of the Beverly Mobile Home Park died Friday morning August 5, in the E.R.C.C. She was born January 27, 1920 at Belington, a daughter of the late John Wesley and Jane Clarice (Layman) Cathell. On July 14, 1941, she was married to Boyd Harold Simpson Jr., who preceded her in death on April 28, 1983. Survivors include a number of nieces and nephews including Delmar Harman of Mill Creek, who had been her care giver and power of attorney. She was also preceded in death by six sisters, Carrie Hill, Myrtle Talbert, Callie Corley, Blanche England, Nellie Barber and Sarah Shaffer and by seven brothers, Howard Cathell, Ralph Cathell, Mitchell Cathell, Johnie Cathell, Bertsell Cathell, Clifford Cathell and Wilbur Cathell. Mrs. Simpson had worked as a baker for the Wallace Bakery and retired as a clerk for Sears, Roebuck and Co. In Washington, D.C. She was a member of A.A.R.P. and Randolph County Senior Citizens. She was known as an excellent cook and enjoyed sewing. She loved her dog Â“Shu-ShuÂ”. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 A.M. on Monday, August 8, from the Schoonover - Stemple Funeral Chapel, 609 Crim Avenue, Belington. Interment will follow in the Belington Fraternal Cemetery.
