On Dec. 18, 1925, in Monticello, she was married to John Larsen, who died Oct. 19, 1974. On June 19, 1980, in Monticello, she was married to Herbert M. Francis, who died Feb. 12, 1992. Mrs. Francis was raised in Fowler, and had lived in the Monticello area since 1935. She had been a resident of the Healthcare Center since May. She attended Zion Bethel Church, and was a member of the Wea Lea Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution, the Twin Lakes Senior Citizens Club and the American Association of Retired Persons. Surviving are one granddaughter, Linda Spangle, Monticello; one grandson, John Bartlett, Ireland; seven stepchildren; eight great-grandchildren; several stepgrandchildren and stepgreat-grandchildren; and two nieces and two nephews. One daughter, one son, one sister, and one brother preceded in death. The Rev. Jeff Messer will officiate at the services. Burial will be in Riverview IOOF Cemetery. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday in the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the White County Council on Aging.
