She was married to Carl Baumhover at Roselle. He passed away on Jan. 10, 1950. On April 3, 1951 she married Walter Nees in Carroll. They lived on a farm in Douglas Township until 1983, when they moved to their present home north of Early. Read More	Obituary: Delores Margaret (Eischeid) Nees of Early was born Oct. 19, 1924 in Roselle to Albert and Frances (Truhe) Eischeid. She was baptized and confirmed in Roselle on Jan. 28, 1948. She was married to Carl Baumhover at Roselle. He passed away on Jan. 10, 1950. On April 3, 1951 she married Walter Nees in Carroll. They lived on a farm in Douglas Township until 1983, when they moved to their present home north of Early. Delores worked as a waitress at the Crossroads Restaurant in Early for years and had also worked at various restaurants during her lifetime. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Sac City and the Guild. Hobbies that she enjoyed were crocheting, quilting, crafting and reading. On Jan. 14, 2000 Delores passedaway at Loring Care Center in Sac City at the age 75. She is survived by her husband, Walter; two daughters and their husbands. Linda and Steve Petersen of Kewanee, Ill., and Renae and Randy Babcock of Odebolt; two sons and their wives, Gary and Candy of Storm Lake and Randy and Pam of Rockwell City; nine grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; one brother and his wife, Clifford and Jean Eischeid of Roselle; eight sisters, Marion Bauer, Ruth and Ray Brincks, Velma and Duane Buelteland Lenora and Vincent Gross, all of Carroll, Verena and Romen Wittrock and Theresa and Dale Schlichte, all of Manning, Janice and Duane Neppel of Denison and Albert and Wilfred Meiners of Dedham. She was preceded in death by her parents; first husband; a brother, Marvin; and a great-granddaughter, Aaliyah. Storm Lake Times, 1-19-2000.
