EBER, 86, Manor Care Nursing Home, Venice, Fla., formerly of Nokomis, Fla., and Rochester (Kewanna), died at 4 p.m. Tuesday at her residence. Born in Pulaski County to John and Inez Farley Kestle, she lived in Rochester for 39 years. On Aug. 2, 1943, she married Burl E. Eber at her parents home in Pulaski Vounty, southwest of Kewanna. He died July 23, 1991. Mrs. Eber was a homemaker and enjoyed assisting her late husband with the operation of the family farm near Kewanna. She cherished the love shared and time spent with all her family and had attended Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church, Bruce Lake (Kewanna). Survivors include one daughter, Lora J. Saleh, Nokomis, Fla.; one son, Lary A. Eber and wife Nancy, Kewanna; three grandchildren, Mark Alan Eber and wife Allyson, Winamac, Scot Alan Eber and wife Nicole, Avon, and Ramy Saleh, Nokomis, Fla.; four great-grandchildren, Mason, Peyton, Blayre and Kendyl Eber, all of Winamac. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; and a granddaughter, Renae Sue Eber on May 18, 1986. Her funeral service is at 1 p.m. Saturday at Good Family Funeral Home, 1200 W. 18th St., Rochester, with Pastor David Sommers officiating. Burial is at Rochester IOOF Cemetery. Visitation is from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. today and two hours prior to her service Saturday at the funeral home.
