Mr. Isenhart was born January 4, 1913, at Wenatchee, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Edwin Isenhart. He attended schools there and was graduated from Wenatchee High School in 1930. Mr. Isenhart was born January 4, 1913, at Wenatchee, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Edwin Isenhart. He attended schools there and was graduated from Wenatchee High School in 1930. He then attended the University of Washington where he was graduated in 1935. On October 8, 1932, he was married to Elizabeth Yerxa. Mr. Isenhart joined his father who operated Isenhart Furniture and bought half-interest in 1936. He was a veteran of World War II, serving in the Navy as a lieutenant. Following his discharge, he returned to Wenatchee and continued his association with Isenhart Furniture. After hi retirement in 1966 from Isenhart Furniture, he was employed as a bookkeeper and also in real estate, and then joined Wenatchee Valley College as a business instructor in the Distributive Education Program. In 1977, Mr. and Mrs. Isenhart moved to Chelan where he joined his son, Jerry, at radio station KOZI. Mr. Isenhart served as Port Commissioner for Chelan County for sixteen years, retiring in December, 1985. He had also been an active member of the Chelan Airport Board since its inception, retiring recently due to illness.
