Description	:	Donald C Kent, 63, of Chelan died Monday morning at Lake Chelan Community Hospital following a sudden illness. Mr. Kent was born March 17, 1922, at Hazelwood, near Renton. He moved with his family to the Lake Chelan area and was graduated from Chelan High School in 1940. Following his graduation, he entered the Navy where he served during World War II, and continued service until 1961. He moved with his family to the Lake Chelan area and was graduated from Chelan High School in 1940. Following his graduation, he entered the Navy where he served during World War II, and continued service until 1961. On June 12, 1967, he was married to Naomi Escobar at Ventura, California. Since 1981, they have resided in Chelan. Mr. Kent was a member of the Blue Lodge, F & AM , at Oxnard, California; the Fillmore-Santa Paula Shrine Club; and the Chelan Eagles. Survivors include his wife, Naomi, of the home; two daughters, Ruth Boswell, of Bagley, Minnesota; Donna Rose Kent, of Port Hueneme, California; a son, Donald C Kent, Jr, of Port Hueneme, California; his step-children; Daniel Escobar and Naomi Kent Miller, both of Oxnard, California; Darcy Prado, of Santa Paula, California; Dorine Frey, of Bemidji, Minnesota; Darlene Alaniz, of Long Beach, California; Della Butdorf, of Faribonr, Ohio; three brothers; Delbert and Lloyd, both of Chelan; Jack of Manson; three sisters; Olive Keeler of Chelan; Pearl Dolan, of Blaine; the twelve grandchildren.
