The funeral service was held at Epworth United Church, New Germany at 2 :30 p.m. on September 8, 1982, with Rev.Randy Crozsman officiating. Hymn sung was "The Lord is My Shepherd." Interment was at Indian Brook Cemetery, Barss Corner. Pallbearers were Harland Burns, Roland Burns, Lawrence Silver, Eugene MacKay, Merle Veinot, and Earl Wentzell. With thanks to Rosemary Rafuse.
