Donna was born on June 14, 1925 in Marshalltown, the daughter of Orville and Eva (Plumb) Hutton. She grew up in Marshalltown and received her education in the public schools. On March 9, 1944 she was united in marriage to Bernard Case and the couple made their home in Marshalltown. In addition to being a homemaker, Donna worked for her mother-in-law, Mable Case, at her restaurant in Liscomb. Donna enjoyed spending time with her family, garage sales, playing bingo and going to the casino. She will be missed by: her son, Ronald Case of Marshalltown; two daughters, Nancy Erdman of Marshalltown and Karen (Donald) Niebuhr of Albia; her grandchildren, Mark, Steven and Debbie Erdman, Wade Niebuhr, Tabitha Kriegel, Tricia Walker and Tonja Case; and her great-grandchildren, Ragan Rommann-Niebuhr, Blaine & Alyssa Kreigel, Wyatt Williams and two more soon to be welcomed into this world. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Bernard (10-4-1997) and her grandson, Kyle Niebuhr (6-21-2005).
