Description	:	Donna Klasna, 86, of Spencer, Nebraska, passed away on Monday, November 21, 2016, at her residence. Donna L. Gallentine was born July 24, 1930, at Lynch, Nebraska to Merle and Jane (Delaney) Gallentine. Her first years of school were in Bristow, Nebraska. After her family moved to Spencer, Donna graduated from Spencer High School in 1947, and then spent a short time in California where her folks had moved. Read More	Donna Klasna, 86, of Spencer, Nebraska, passed away on Monday, November 21, 2016, at her residence. Donna L. Gallentine was born July 24, 1930, at Lynch, Nebraska to Merle and Jane (Delaney) Gallentine. Her first years of school were in Bristow, Nebraska. After her family moved to Spencer, Donna graduated from Spencer High School in 1947, and then spent a short time in California where her folks had moved. On February 23, 1948, Donna was united in marriage to Harold Klasna at the Methodist Church in Spencer. They lived in and near Spencer all their married life. Donna and Harold were blessed with two adopted children, Shelley Ann and Duane “Tim”. Donna was a very good cook and cared for her family. In the early years when they ran a dairy, she would deliver milk on their milk route in Spencer seven days a week. Later, Donna was an Avon Lady for 30 years. She liked to bowl and belonged to Rural Community Club. Donna was a member of United Methodist Church in Spencer. Donna is survived by: her husband of 67 years, Harold; daughter, Shelley Ann; son, Duane “Tim” (Chelsea) Klasna and their children, Molly, Harold, and Gus; grandchildren, Travis (Heidi) Klasna and their children, Scarlett and Andrew, and Natalie Klasna; half–sister, Virginia Schalan of; and several cousins. Funeral services on Wednesday, November 30, 2016, at United Methodist Church in Spencer. Burial in National Cemetery in Spencer. Obituary information from Brockhaus Funeral Home of Creighton, Nebraska.
