Description	:	Donna M. Taubenheim, age 71, of Amherst died Friday morning shortly after she admitted to the CHI Health Good Samaritan Hospital. Mass of Christian burial will be Friday, October 30, 2015 at 10:30 a.m. at Prince of Peace Catholic Church in Kearney with Fr. Alex Borzych officiating. Burial will be at the Riverdale Cemetery. Horner Lieske McBride & Kuhl Funeral and Cremation Services in Kearney is in charge of the arrangements. Donna was born July 18, 1944 in Kearney to Lawrence and Emma (Busch) Rohrich. She grew up in Pleasanton and graduated from Pleasanton High School in 1962, and then graduated from Queen Anne Beauty School. Donna has been a beautician in the community for over 50 years, where many of her clients also became close friends. Donna was one to never turn anyone down for anything they asked of her. She was a member of St. John’s Catholic Church; where she was active in the church altar society, enjoyed playing cards in her monthly bridge club, and was a fan of Elvis. Donna was very proud of all her grandchildren and great granddaughter, and she cherished spending time with them. Donna is survived by her husband Terry of Amherst, NE; daughter, Michele and husband Charles Isom and their children Andrew his wife Mary and daughter Annie Brooke Isom, Derek and fiancée Brittany Graham, and Caleb Isom of Superior, NE; sons, Troy and wife Kris Taubenheim and their children Josh, Ally, Reid, and Braden of Lakeville, MN, Tim and wife Kari Taubenheim and their children Mariah, Trey, and Jaxon of Kearney, NE; sisters, Ramelle Termine of La Puenta, CA, Elma Nelson and husband Steve of Axtell, NE; brother Francis Rohrich and wife Judy of Norfolk, NE; sisters-in-law, Rita Rohrich of Riverdale, NE, Judy Peterson and husband Allan of Mesa, AZ, Janine Andrews and husband Rick of Onalaska, TX, Gayle Taubenheim of Kearney, NE. Donna was preceded in death by her parents, an infant son Brent; brother, Marvin Rohrich; sister Jeanice Meyers; brother in law Tom Taubenheim; and niece Sarah Nelson.
