She was born July 28, 1921, in Bedford, Iowa, the daughter of John William and Maye (King) Lantz. She grew up in the LaHarpe and Iola, Kansas area. She was graduated from Iola High School. She lived most of her life in the Iola and Moran area. On Dec. 23, 1940, she was married to Archie Rosebaugh in Iola, Kansas. He died June 9, 2005. She was a homemaker and an Avon representative before working as a clerk at a grocery store in Moran for many years. She was a member of Moran United Methodist Church and a 50-year member of Order of the Eastern Star, serving as secretary and treasurer for many years. She enjoyed gardening. She is survived by a daughter, Helen Alumbaugh (Paul), Moran, KS; a son, Bill, and wife, Theresa, Monett, MO; a sister, Verla Boyd (Paul), Moran, KS; eight grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren. A brother, Raymond Lantz, and a sister, Edith Baker, died earlier. Funeral services will be at Moran's United Methodist Church. Burial will follow in Moran Cemetery. Memorial contributions to Allen County Hospice, or to the Order of the Eastern Star. *********************
