Description	:	Dora Jean White Owen, 74, passed away Friday, June 2, 2006, in St. George, Utah. She was born June 28, 1931, in Las Vegas, to Johnson Everett and Iris Waite White. She married Dean T. Loveland in 1949, and they were later divorced. In 1994, she was sealed to Lawrence A. Owen in the Las Vegas Temple. She lived most of her life in Las Vegas. She retired as a bookkeeper from Genuine Auto Parts. She loved to travel, camp, fish and crochet. She was happiest surrounded by her family and serving others. She is survived by one son, Tom... Read More	Dora Jean White Owen, 74, passed away Friday, June 2, 2006, in St. George, Utah. She was born June 28, 1931, in Las Vegas, to Johnson Everett and Iris Waite White. She married Dean T. Loveland in 1949, and they were later divorced. In 1994, she was sealed to Lawrence A. Owen in the Las Vegas Temple. She lived most of her life in Las Vegas. She is survived by one son, Tom (Gail) Loveland of Enoch, Utah; and three daughters, Diane Leavitt of Logandale, Jacque (Steve) Holyoak of Overton, and Barbara (Les) Whitmore of Cedar City, Utah; 22 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Karen (Barry) Chandler of Sacramento, and Patsy Peterson of Gallatin, Tenn. She was preceded in death by her husband; parents; and her brother, Jack Everett White. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Friday, June 9, in the Overton LDS Chapel. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Thursday, June 8, at Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North. and again from 9-10 a.m. prior to the services in Overton. Interment will follow services in the Bunkerville Cemetery under the direction of Bunker Mortuary at approximately 2 p.m.
